Established in 2008, LL-Publications is run by the husband and wife team of Jim and Zetta Brown. Also part of the team is senior editor Leslie Brown and cover artist Helen E. H. Madden (PixelArcana.com). Based in Scotland, UK, LL-Publications produces mainstream fiction in paperback and in multiple digital (ebook) formats. Our talented authors represent both sides of the Atlantic.

We are proud to be a small, independent press. Our aim is quality over quantity and our motto is “taking the reader down a different path” because the titles we produce are not recycled plots with reused characters in uninspired settings but compelling tales that readers will remember.

Our aim is to provide value for money for readers by publishing the best in a variety of original and creative fiction and making these books available, not just from our site, but through retailers like Amazon, Amazon UK, Barnes & Noble, OmniLit, and  other reputable online retailers.

Our books have received excellent reviews and one of our authors, Ben Larken, has been awarded the, EPPIE 2009 Best Horror, for PIT-STOP and the 2011 EPIC eBook Award™ for Best Horror for THE HOLLOWS – Book One: The Ticking. Also, first-time author Peter Ashley was a finalist for Best Adventure with A Human Reaction.
